Jan 2026 – Assalamualaikum wbt. Dearest Team,

As we welcome 2026, I find myself looking back with  pride at how far Gedung Penawar  has come. This past year- 2025 has been a season of significant challenge & growth for our company – not just in the number of patients we serve, but in the depth of the care we provide.

Alhamdullilah – I believe our success is built on:

Our Sustainability: We are committed to building a future that lasts. Through our focus on sustainable practices and operational excellence, we are ensuring that we remain stable, reliable and having excellent centres for our patients for many years to come.

Our Teamwork:  None of this is possible in isolation. Dialysis is a “team sport,” and the way you support one another during long shifts and complex cases,  is what makes this company truly special. Our strength is also built on the  collaboration between HQ, Operations, and Maintenance team.

When our strategic planning, clinical excellence, and technical precision move in harmony, we create an unbreakable foundation. You have proven that we are not just separate departments, but one unified body working toward a single mission.You are the hands and feet of our mission.

Above all, I am humbled by the work we do. I truly hope that our responsibilities are  blessed by Allah to be in this position of service. To be entrusted with the lives and well-being of our patients is a sacred things to do.  

As we move into this New Year 2026, my prayers are that we (i) continue to work in harmony, (ii) our company continues to flourish, and (iii) each of you feels the profound value of your contribution.

Rakan-rakan setugas yang dihargai,

Sambil kita melangkah ke tahun 2026, saya ingin merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan atas dedikasi semua. Tahun lepas (2025) merupakan tahun cabaran & pertumbuhan yang luar biasa buat syarikat kita.

Alhamdullilah . Kejayaan kita adalah di atas dua kekuatan utama:

Kelestarian (Sustainability): Usaha kita membina masa depan yang stabil untuk pesakit.

Semangat Kerjasama: Kehebatan kita bekerja sebagai satu pasukan yang padu. Kunci kekuatan kita pada tahun 2026 adalah disebabkan sinergi antara HQ, Operasi, Pusat Dialisis dan Maintenance.

Apabila pengurusan yang cekap (HQ) bergabung dengan khidmat barisan hadapan yang mantap (Ops dan Pusat Dialisis) dan sokongan teknikal  (Maintenance), kita membina sebuah syarikat yang teguh. Terima kasih kerana merapatkan jurang dan bekerjasama sebagai satu keluarga besar demi kesejahteraan pesakit kita.

Saya percaya tanggungjawab kita semua ini diberkati Allah,  kerana kita diberi peluang untuk menjalankan tugas yang murni ini. Terima kasih semua kerana menjadi nadi kepada Gedung Penawar.
